Frequently Asked Questions
 
How do you place an order?
You can order our products online (the preferred method) or by phone or mail. We accept payment by credit card, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal. If you should have any difficulties placing your order online, please call our Customer Service number Toll-free at 1-800-814-5193 between the hours of 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST, Monday through Friday and we will be happy to take your order over the phone.
 
Is it safe for me to use my credit card when I order?
Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and completes the transaction without anyone ever seeing your credit card number or information. It's completely secure.
 
How long after placing an order are products shipped?
Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt and ship items within 3 business days following the order. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order, you will be contacted immediately.  All shipments are sent via UPS ground to addresses within the Continental United States of America.  We cannot ship to PO boxes. 
 
Do you charge Sales Tax?
We are required by law to charge 6% sales tax on products shipped to those customers in Pennsylvania.
 
Do you take international orders?
We ship all of our products to addresses within the Continental United States of America. At this time, we do not ship internationally. Feel free to check back with us on this, as we may have this service available in the future.
 
What is your return policy?
At PrimePedalCars.com, we strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction, and we want you to be happy with the products you purchase from our online store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept returns within 30 days of purchase and issue a merchandise credit for the cost of the item (less shipping and handling and a 20% restocking fee). To return a product, we simply ask that you email us for detailed instructions on returning a product at support@primepedalcars.com.  Please do not return an item before contacting us.  Returns on merchandise after 30 days WILL NOT be accepted for any reason. All errors with orders must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
 
How do I cancel an order?
You may cancel an order up until it has been processed; simply call or email us at support@primepedalcars.com as soon as you’ve decided to cancel your order. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policy above for more details.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully because if you do choose to use our web site, you automatically agree to them. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time. Please check this page periodically for changes. PrimePedalCars.com web site manager revises our site weekly to keep the product and business information up-to-date. Your continued use of our web site following the posting of changes to these terms will mean that you accept those changes.
